1. Returns
- Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@safflower.net with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
- We aim to process refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please request a return and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@safflower.net. We will provide instructions for return and replacement at no extra cost.
